Since the Peer Practicum program was developed, an estimated 17,800 implants have been placed during the program, and over 8,000 cases have been treatment planned by participants.

The following are results of evaluations completed by attendees:

Attendees surveyed report increasing their implant cases from 0 – 1 restorations per month to an average of 2 - 3 implant restorations per month, with the majority reporting a significant positive impact on their practices as a result of the Peer Practicum Program.

Program hosts report an average of 21% increase in the number of committed referral doctors, 25.5% increase in the number of implants placed as a result of the program, and an average of 9.5% increase in “other” types of procedures.
