Zimmer Dental Announces Launch of the Puros® Dermis Allograft Tissue Matrix in the United States, Canada, and Latin America

Zimmer Dental Inc., a leading provider of dental oral rehabilitation products and a subsidiary of Zimmer Holdings, Inc., is pleased to announce the availability in the United States, Canada, and Latin America of its new Puros Dermis Allograft Tissue Matrix, a new, natural alternative for soft tissue grafting and augmentation. The Puros Dermis Allograft Tissue Matrix is a natural biological matrix designed for successful soft tissue enhancement, periodontal/peri-implant soft tissue management, and Guided Tissue Regeneration procedures. This is the latest addition to the Puros Allograft family of products – all of which are now available in Latin America as well.

The Puros Dermis Allograft Tissue Matrix offers a natural alternative to autogenous soft tissue grafts, thereby reducing morbidity and saving valuable chair time by eliminating the need for a secondary surgical procedure to harvest an autogenous graft. It can be used for both horizontal and vertical soft tissue augmentation to increase volume, exhibits superb soft tissue response and maturation, and provides a highly cosmetic clinical result thereby being ideal for aesthetic case requirements.
