Matthew Scott, Director of Operations
Matthew Scott joined Zimmer Dental in April 2010 as Director of Operations and has
worldwide responsibility for the management of all Supply Chain related activities
of Dental products, including Manufacturing, Materials and Logistics Management,
Manufacturing Engineering, and Facilities.
Prior to his appointment at Zimmer Dental, Mr. Scott held the position of Director,
Global Manufacturing Projects for Zimmer Holdings based in Warsaw, Indiana, where
he led the operational startup activities for Zimmer Reconstructive Business’s new
manufacturing facility in Shannon, Ireland. Before joining Zimmer, he held various
operational leadership positions of increasing responsibility at General Electric
Industrial Systems.
Mr. Scott holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering Technology from
Purdue University.
